While I'm Away

If you need an adjustment while I'm away.

I'll be on holiday in the city that never sleeps (where I'm from), but that doesn't mean that you're stuck without adjustments!

Here are two of my fantastic colleagues who will be happy to help you out if you're in need.

Fiona Marsden: Her practice is in Notting Hill. She's the Master at NSA, the technique that is all about light touches to the spine and awareness of breath. For those of you who receive most benefit from this technique, definitely go to her. Very worth your time going. Call or text her. Polly Hand: Her practice is in Balham. "Chiropractic by Hand". Convenient because it's just on Balham High Street, so not far at all. Wonderful colleague. Great adjustments. She does more of the 'traditional' chiropractic where she'll twist and move your joints more and you feel that 'pop' coming from your spine. 07847 202 365.

Both are wonderful with children and pregnant women! They are fab and they also adjust me regularly!
